Who You Are:
  • A mid-level software engineer with 3+ years of experience building web or mobile applications.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and experienced with React, React Native, or Next.js.
  • Passionate about clean code, scalability, and creating great user experiences.
  • A collaborative engineer who communicates well across product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience using Cursor or similar AI programming tools, or interest in AI-enhanced developer productivity.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain features across TickPick’s web and mobile platforms.
  • Partner with design and product teams to deliver polished, high-impact features.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Write reusable, well-tested code and contribute to both frontend and backend systems.
  • Support adoption of modern developer tools to increase velocity and team efficiency.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $110,000 – $130,000. This role will be eligible to participate in our company's equity program. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
