CGS is seeking a skilled FSR Analyst to assist our customer with transforming complex, siloed data into actionable insights and operational workflows. Embedded on-site, you’ll help teams understand their data, improve decision-making, and embed analytics into daily operations using a powerful, governed data platform.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Work on-site with users to understand operational goals and data challenges.
- Analyze complex datasets to support real-time and strategic decisions.
- Build analytical workflows, applications, and visualizations on top of integrated data.
- Translate ambiguous operational questions into structured analyses.
- Support live operations with timely, reliable insights.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve data quality, usability, and trust.
- Train users and promote data-driven workflows.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data (SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or analytics tools).
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Comfort working directly with customers in fast-paced environments.
- Interest in applied analytics and operational problem-solving.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or eligible.
