WalkMe is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Analytics department. Our analytics solution delivers dashboards and contextual insights that empower both our customers and internal teams.
As a developer on our team, you will contribute to a real-time analytics platform focused on providing insights on large-scale data sets. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about understanding data, building innovative user-facing solutions, and growing within a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.

Hybrid role - 3 days a week in our SAP NYC office
What You'll Own
- Design and develop end-to-end features and systems used by internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Serve as a technical focal point, helping define software design and development best practices.
- Collaborate within an agile, CI/CD-driven team to deliver robust and maintainable code.
- Evaluate, adopt, and advocate for new technologies to enhance product performance and scalability.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and other developers to turn data into actionable insights.
What You Need to Succeed
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a leading university – required
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Backend development experience using Node.js
- Frontend experience with React
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases
- Comfortable working in shared codebases with multiple teams
- A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base salary for this position is between $90,000-$117,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
