Job Description
We are looking for strong programmers to be part of self‑driven squads. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering features entrusted to you as part of squad commitments. While building features, you are expected to continuously hone new skills and strengthen your digital capabilities.
The Responsibilities
- Envision, design, develop, test, code review, and deploy solutions in adherence to defined timelines.
- Build deep expertise in the technologies you work on and gain a broad understanding of the functional areas you are assigned to.
- Maximize productivity and delivery quality with high predictability by effectively leveraging AI assisted development tools.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in designing and developing solutions using Java technologies.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and API design.
- Experience in frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
- Experience working with AWS based solutions.
- Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Experience in writing automated service tests and unit tests.
- Strong bias towards automating repetitive tasks using scripts and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills and technologies.
- Experience using code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
- Keen to learn digital capabilities on different platforms including but not limited to NLP, Conversation platforms, personalization, social integration, data analytics etc.
- Preference for experience in Retail, ecommerce, digital, or Airline domains, including PSS platforms.
