The Gradient Group is seeking a talented and passionate Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building a groundbreaking platform that connects top talent with leading companies in the advertising industry. As an integral part of our dev team, you’ll work across the full stack to help bring bold ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design & Develop: Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications from front-end to back-end.
- Collaborate: Partner with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and implement product goals.
- Problem-Solve: Triage and respond to user issues and feedback with thoughtful, rapid iterations.
- Innovate: Stay on top of emerging technologies and best practices; contribute ideas that improve both product and process.
- Test: Maintain strong coverage of unit and integration tests to ensure product stability across fast-moving release cycles.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, JavaScript, MongoDB, and Firebase, with experience deploying to cloud environments
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and document-based database design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially the ability to translate non-technical requirements into clean, maintainable code. You’ll act as the technical backbone of our team, turning ideas into reality with efficiency and care.
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to learn from and support your teammates
Bonus Points For
- Experience building or contributing to member-based platforms (e.g., Patreon, Substack, private community portals, or gated content systems)
- Familiarity with two-sided marketplace development, including user onboarding, matching algorithms, or dual user flows
- Interest or experience in using large language models (LLMs) to accelerate development or build AI-powered features
