This role exists to strengthen our frontend and web platform, accelerate delivery, and ensure our user-facing systems remain fast, clean, and dependable.
You’ll work on a product that customers trust - and where engineering quality directly impacts retention.
Build and maintain high-quality, production-ready web interfaces using React and Next.js.
Own frontend features end-to-end, from implementation through optimization and release.
Translate complex data workflows into intuitive, performant, and responsive user experiences.
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure reliable data flow.
Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and engineering best practices.
Continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the web platform.
Help raise the overall engineering bar as the product and team scale.
You have 3+ years of professional web development experience.
Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with:
React
Redux (RTK)
Next.js
Tailwind CSS
Solid understanding of backend concepts (REST APIs, authentication, data flows).
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
You take ownership, communicate clearly, and ship high-quality code.
