Home services contractors, like your HVAC tech, your electrician, your plumber, spend hours every week on paperwork. Permits filed by fax. Warranty claims typed into PDFs. Manufacturer rebates chased down by phone. Come help us modernize this $600B industry.
We're building technology that takes those workflows off contractors' plates entirely. We've grown 300% in the last nine months, partner with some of the largest home services brands in the country, and are backed by top-tier VCs. Our low-ego, high-output team works together in Chinatown, NYC.
We're hiring our first new grad engineer. You'll ship to production in your first week, talk to customers in your first month, and own meaningful surfaces of our product within your first quarter. You'll work directly with the rest of the company and senior engineers, who care about helping you become an exceptional engineer fast.
- Ship features end-to-end across our platform: frontend, backend, and the model orchestration layer in between
- Build internal tools that make our team and our customers faster
- We have no PMs. Our engineering team is expected to own customer problems end to end.
- We're pushing new features to our users every day, and you'll be one of the people doing it
TypeScript end-to-end (Node + Next.js) with Postgres, all hosted on Render. We use Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, and Azure for our LLM providers. You'll touch all of it.
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in computer science, or self-taught with an equivalent foundation. We care about ability, not credentials.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design. Without Claude doing the thinking for you
- Insatiably curious. You read about how things work for fun, and you go deep when something doesn't make sense.
- Excited to bring new tooling and new ways of thinking to the team. New grads bring fresh perspective, and we want to learn from you as much as you learn from us.
- A track record of building things: internships, OSS, side projects, hackathons, course projects you took further than you had to. Show us something you've built.
- Excited to be in person in NYC four days a week, learning from people sitting next to you
You'll come up to speed on our existing product suite, pair with senior engineers on the harder pieces, and start owning shipped features end-to-end.
- Real ownership from day one, not eighteen months of "ramp"
- Direct mentorship from founders and senior engineers who care about your growth
- Work on AI systems that move money and labor in the real economy, not chatbots
- A front-row seat at a company at the inflection point between seed and Series A
- $90,000–$110,000 base, depending on experience, plus meaningful seed-stage equity
- Work on cutting-edge AI with massive real-world impact
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Take-what-you-need vacation policy
- An office in Chinatown we actually like coming to
Compensation
