Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating seamless, efficient, and robust web applications. As a team lead, you will guide and mentor a small team of developers, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain the highest standards of software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  
• Lead backend development efforts, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers.
  
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with other team leads and stakeholders.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.
  
• Communicate effectively with non-technical staff, including providing clear and concise technical documentation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
  
• Proficient in backend development with Node.js and experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  
• Strong front-end development skills using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  
• Experience leading a development team or managing projects.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  
• Passionate about coding and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
