Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:
Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders
Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking
Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies
As a Fullstack Product Engineer at Hypha, you’ll build the features that users interact with every day. This includes systems like data visualization, entity management, search, dashboards, and document workflows. You’ll work closely with product and design to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive product experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of frontend, backend, and product thinking. You’ll work across the full stack, designing and shipping features end-to-end while helping shape how the product evolves. The focus is not just writing code, but understanding user problems deeply and translating them into thoughtful, well-designed solutions.
We’re hiring across multiple experience levels for this role, from engineers early in their careers to senior engineers with deeper systems and product experience. Level and compensation will be determined through the interview process.
Core CompetenciesWrite TypeScript across the stack — React components, server actions, database queries, and API integrations
Own features from concept through production — including edge cases, error states, and polish
Build end-to-end features across our Next.js frontend and Supabase/PostgreSQL backend
Partner with product and design to define scope, prioritize work, and ship iteratively
Participate in code review and contribute to the team's engineering standards
Full-stack fluency — You're productive across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript/PostgreSQL). You don't need to be an expert in both, but you can build and ship across the stack without waiting on someone else.
Strong product sense — You think about why a feature exists, not just how to build it. You ask good questions, push back on requirements that don't make sense, and care about the end-user experience.
Quality bar — You think about edge cases, loading states, error handling, and interaction design. You ship features that feel finished.
Clear communication — You can articulate trade-offs, explain your approach, and collaborate effectively with design, product, and other engineers.
AI-fluent — You use AI coding tools daily and know how to wield them effectively — as a multiplier on top of strong fundamentals.
Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or similar modern deployment and database platforms
Experience building data-heavy interfaces (tables, dashboards, charts)
Early-stage startup experience
