Full Stack Software Engineer

We’ve raised over $10m to date with a ton of runway. You’ll join a team of Thoughtful Doers™ from places like Palantir, Cruise, Meta, Uber, and Google.

📍 Credal is in-person in our spacious NYC office with meals provided.

We’re looking for a founding full-stack engineer to help us build on our progress, with proven market demand from global enterprises, to a scalable, performant architecture while maintaining our industry leading security posture.

What you’ll do:

• Develop our platform to help our customers build the best agents and MCP servers and use them where work gets done

• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy

• Ensure we can successfully sync billions of records into our data platform from our customers’ SaaS tools reliably

• Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers’ most complex and bleeding edge problems

• Take end-to-end ownership of our core products, built on…

  • Frontend: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind

  • Backend: Typescript, Temporal, NextJS, Gel/PostgreSQL

  • AI/ML: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Milvus/QDrant/MongoDB

  • Cloud: AWS, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes

You might be a great fit if you’re a strong developer in all things frontend and backend, with a deep interest in Agentic AI / LLM applications, even if you don't currently have AI experience.
