Phia is looking for a Full-Stack GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine.
This is a full-stack engineering role for someone who wants to work close to revenue, customers, and product. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, sales, editorial, data, and customer experience, building the systems that make Phia’s commercial teams faster, smarter, and more scalable.
You will own internal tools, AI workflows, CRM automations, brand partner reporting, editorial pipelines, sales tooling, and data integrations. You will also make sure our internal systems stay tightly synced with our customer-facing product so our revenue team can support partners efficiently and deliver a better experience to brands.
Phia has raised $43.5M from Notable Capital, Khosla Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins to build the AI alignment layer for commerce. In under a year, Phia’s consumer shopping agent has surpassed one million users and partnered with 9,600+ retail brands, representing billions in annual gross merchandise volume. Each month, Phia drives millions of dollars in sales for brands and has achieved 9 figures in sales growth since launch.
In an era where AI vertical agents are reshaping every industry, commerce is on the verge of a complete transformation. Phia is reinventing shopping from a fragmented, impersonal experience into one that feels intelligent, trusted, and built around each user’s intent. This foundation of trust is our wedge to become the end-to-end shopping destination for the next generation of buyers.
Phia is a lean, high-ownership team building at startup speed. If you want to ship quickly, own meaningful systems, and solve complex problems across consumer AI, commerce, and brand partnerships, this is the place to do it.
What You OwnBuild and own the full-stack technical infrastructure behind Phia’s GTM engine, including internal tools, partner dashboards, reporting systems, CRM workflows, sales automations, and editorial operations tooling.
Act as a Forward Deployed Engineer for the revenue team by working directly with partnerships, sales, editorial, and leadership to understand their workflows and turn operational pain into technical systems.
Build AI-first brand intelligence systems that give our partnerships team an unfair advantage, including real-time performance signals, relationship health scoring, and new partner acquisition identification.
Design and ship editorial automation pipelines that use AI and performance data to match brand priorities with editorial opportunities in real time.
Build sales and partnerships automation that makes a lean team operate like a much larger organization, including smart outreach sequences, follow-up triggers, upsell prompts, deal tracking, and partner lifecycle workflows.
Wire together Phia’s key data sources, including affiliate networks, CRM, product analytics, editorial performance, partner communications, and revenue data, into a real-time GTM brain.
Build AI-powered reporting systems that should help brands understand what happened, what it means, and what action to take next.
Create tools that help Phia’s revenue team manage thousands of brand relationships without relying on manual tracking, fragmented spreadsheets, or repetitive workflows.
Identify every place a human is doing something a machine should be doing, then automate it thoughtfully, reliably, and elegantly.
Work closely with engineering and product to make sure GTM systems are integrated with the broader Phia platforms
