We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-to-Senior level Originator to join our Fund Liquidity Solutions team. This individual will be responsible for the origination of fund-level bespoke capital solutions for private investment firms (PE, RE, credit and infrastructure). across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fund finance, private credit and/or private equity, a proven track record of deal origination and execution, and strong relationships within the middle market private equity ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities with middle market sponsors through an established network of relationships with private equity firms and other financial intermediaries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline aligned with the firm's investment strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry contacts to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality deal flow.
  • Work with internal credit and underwriting teams to analyze potential transactions, assess credit risk, and structure customized financing solutions that meet the needs of both the client and the firm.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to identify new business opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including credit, legal, operations, and portfolio management, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful transaction completion.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in capital markets, middle-market lending, fund finance, or investment banking.
  • Extensive network of relationships with private equity firms, M&A advisors, and other relevant intermediaries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Compensation
