What You'll Do
- Execute integration and functional testing for third-party game providers across all platforms.
- Support the development and refinement of internal game features to enhance the overall experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug game issues during the rollout of new states and brand expansions.
- Create and manage defect tickets, collaborate closely with developers, and maintain issue tracking and status updates through resolution.
- Partner with Operations, Product, QA, and Development teams to deliver a fully vetted final product.
- Coordinate with Casino Units and partner suppliers to ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions.
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role within the online gaming industry.
- Clear, proactive communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt as priorities shift and business needs evolve.
- A growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new testing methods and tools.
- Familiarity with platforms like Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
