  • Design, implement, and enforce robust program-level change management, quality assurance, and safety frameworks.

  • Champion best practices, lead project close-out activities, and ensure seamless handover of commissioned assets to operations.

  • Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners regarding program status and key decision points.

  • Champion a safety-first culture by establishing and auditing protocols to ensure all on-site work meets the highest industry standards.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture focused on technical excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a closely related field); PgMP (Program Management Professional) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive Project or Program Management experience, including leadership of multiple concurrent projects in the power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
