Boston, MA locations only 3 days Working from office is must Role Title AI Project / Program Manager – AI Platforms & Products (BFSI / Regulated industry Focus…Capital Markets domain preferred) Key Responsibilities Program & Portfolio Management • Own and govern a portfolio of AI / GenAI projects, spanning experimentation, MVPs, and production grade platform(s) • Manage scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization across AI initiatives • Establish and run program governance models, review cadences, steering committees, and leadership reporting Must Have Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management, with 3+ years leading AI & Data driven initiatives • Proven experience delivering enterprise AI platforms or AI products, not just isolated models or POCs • Strong exposure to regulated industries (Within BFSI domain - Capital Markets domain experience with specific focus on Asset Servicing / Custodian business would be a distinct advantage) • Experience in managing end-to-end lifecycle of Gen AI projects from Ideation to production deployment & Scaling Native AI & GenAI Proficiency • Solid understanding of: o Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, Agents / Agentic AI), and frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain o MLOps / LLMOps, model lifecycle, CI/CD for AI, monitoring and drift management o Data foundations: Data pipelines, feature stores, data quality, governance Platform & Architecture Awareness • Experience with cloud based AI stacks (Azure preferred, AWS, Google) • Familiarity with AI platform components: model registries, orchestration, APIs, security, access controls • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalability concerns Governance & Responsible AI • Strong grasp of AI ethics, model risk management, explainability, and compliance requirements • Experience operationalizing Responsible AI frameworks in production environments
