About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a GenAI Intelligent Automation Business Analyst, you’ll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas and vendors to identity, review and evaluate the solution requirements.​
  • Design efficient and scalable automation solutions to business problems in accordance with standard vendor specific design principles and standards.
  • Provide client consulting and planning guidance as applicable for moderate to complex projects.​
  • Configure new automation using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand, following an API First methodology.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement, along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate.

What You’ll Bring with You

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI and AI Builder, as well as the Power Platform connector library.
  • Deep knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and how to implement them at scale.
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify the most fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
  • Experience problem solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation solutions and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Willingness to work in the Maitland (Orlando) office 3 days per week.
