You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, market positioning, and full product lifecycle that powers our social care solutions. This platform supports customers in connecting individuals with essential community-based services, and your leadership will be critical in driving both innovation and operational excellence. • Build organizational structures that balance agility with rigor.

  • Increase profit margins by reducing operational cost.

Sales & Go-to-Market

  • Engage directly with strategic customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Ensure alignment across product, sales, and customer success to deliver value and exceed client expectations.

People Leadership

  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams with RCM experience.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Serve as a visible leader both internally and externally.

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • 10+ years in SaaS RCM leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior product management or GM-level responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses across different growth phases (startup, growth stage, enterprise).
  • Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management workflows, regulatory environment, and payer-provider dynamics.
  • Track record of owning P&L, setting strategic direction, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, churn, LTV) and operational levers.
