Broadridge is hiring a General Manager, Sentry.  Broadridge's "Sentry" business refers to its Sentry PM portfolio management technology, a cloud-based solution designed for private debt, loans, and CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligation), streamlining activities like portfolio management, research, origination, trading, and compliance. We help drive business transformation for our clients, including asset managers, with solutions for enriching engagement, navigating risk, optimizing efficiency, and growing revenue. Our integrated, front-to-back solutions translate data into actionable insights and streamline the investment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Expand and modernize our product offering while interfacing with technology, finance, sales and marketing to increase sales, increasing brand awareness.
•    Implementing investments to advance our products, bringing to bear/leveraging emerging technology and capabilities to transform our industry and product offering.
•    Delivering superior client service and experience while maintaining high client retention and revenue rates.
•    Full P&L responsibility, working closely with Finance to deliver the financial goals for the business
•    Directly managing product management, implementations and client services functions
•    Leading sales, marketing, and software development with the Broadridge matrix organization
•    Establish C-Level relationships as required
•    Effective leadership and people management skills

Requirements:
•    Proven experience setting the vision and strategic direction of the business.
•    Demonstrated success in expanding a business
•    Extensive experience in private debt and Collateral Loan Obligation market solutions.
•    Strong Financial skills with experience managing a P&L
•    Strong commercial sense, able to drive both the top and the bottom line and to meet stretch targets.
•    Effective leadership and people management skills
•    Upwardly mobile, ambitious, dynamic.
•    Not afraid of a challenge, and with the ability to solve problems.
•    Visionary with strong understanding of the latest trends in technology, and how these can be deployed to solve client problems and drive business results.
•    Excellent client and sales skills, comfortable operating at all levels of client organizations as well as internally.
•    Collaborative working style along with a strong understanding of software development.
•    Excellent communication skills
 

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $250,000 - $350,000 Annual

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
