- Phone Support: Answering phone calls and providing customer support.
- Team Support: Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- CRM Management: Managing and updating customer relationship management systems.
- General Research: Conducting research on various topics as required.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: GHL, ClickUp, Slack, basic phone usage (calling and texting), Google Workspace, WhatsApp.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise emails and reports.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
