We are on the lookout for an energized and creative talent acquisition professional who can spot great talent, evangelize our company, and help build a world-class workforce. Our perfect candidate will have a keen eye for talent and proven success proactively sourcing. You can pivot among diverse positions, and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through a variety of creative approaches. You’ll never settle for a “post and pray” approach to recruiting, but believe that finding great talent means getting out in the community and making connections.

GENERALIST DUTIES: 


  • Contribute to the HR mission by providing generalist support at all phases of the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, and cultural programming.

  • Act as an employee resource for all employee questions related to our services; answering questions and solving problems quickly.

  • Contribute to the maintenance of our HR systems, including document management, HRIS (Bamboo and Paychex), and talent management (Jazzhr); Ensure information is maintained with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

 

TALENT ACQUISITION: 


  • Own full cycle-recruiting. Source, screen and set up the interview process across multiple teams, such as engineering and sales.

  • Source passive candidates obsessively. Maintain a constant pipeline of high quality candidates through outreach and relationship building.

  • Creatively build networks. At littleBits, success in recruiting means proactively creating a hire-pool of ready talent that helps us avoid reactive recruiting.

  • Keep our hiring managers happy. Work directly with leadership across departments to determine specific hiring needs.

  • Develop action plans. Have your next move plotted to ensure a search never falters.

  • Track success. Maintain our ATS system (Jazz) so every search is transparent and measurable.

  • Be a closer. Bring negotiation savvy to the position.

  • Be a force of nature. Bring the forward momentum and thought leadership. necessary to generate new ideas for driving talent to our doorstep.

  • Work with our Culture team to maintain our performance management process and documentation

 

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • The proud owner of a BA/BS

  • 5+ years of successful recruiting and HR Generalist experience; preference goes to experience in the maker, education, or start-up space.

  • Demonstrated proficiency maintaining HR Systems and Operations

  • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through non-traditional methods

  • Experience managing ATS systems, preferably Jazz

  • A commitment to proactive, continuous, improvement

  • Demonstrated proficiency managing onboarding process

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
