We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Director of Partnerships to build, lead, and manage our worldwide ecosystem of technology alliances, strategic, and channel partners to deliver on Stability’s vision.

This role requires a unique blend of deep commercial acumen, a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, and proven success in growing revenue through in-direct channels.

What you’ll do…
  • Define global partner strategy: Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Stability’s product roadmap, sales targets, and market expansion goals. Own the annual channel revenue and contribution target.
  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partners across various segments (e.g., Cloud, Agency, SI, Technology, Resellers) .
  • Negotiation and contracting: Lead complex partnership negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to establish mutually beneficial agreements and partnership frameworks.
  • Joint GTM: Design, implement, and manage joint GTM plans with strategic partners to drive pipeline generation and increase closed-won revenue.
  • Enablement: Oversee the development of partner enablement programs, ensuring partners are technically proficient and commercially motivated to sell and deploy our solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the health, productivity, and ROI of all global partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure partnership activities are integrated into the company's overall operational structure and product development priorities.
  • Partner Advocacy: Serve as the internal voice of our partners, ensuring their needs and market insights are considered in product and business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and grow a global partnerships team.
What you’ll bring…
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Partner Management roles
  • 5+ years in a global partner leadership role within a high-growth, AI/SaaS/Cloud technology company or Services company.
  • Deep understanding of the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud computing landscapes.
  • Demonstrable track record of originating, negotiating, and managing partnerships that have resulted in multi-million dollar revenue growth.
  • Experience building and scaling a partnerships program in a startup or rapid-scaling environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing/advertising technology or solutions is a bonus.

Compensation:

The OTE for this role is $350,000 with multipliers in place after 100% of target is met. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes commission, stock options and benefits
