Description

Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for a Global Event Lead. You will be responsible for leading major workstreams in the global delivery of Elevate. Success in this role requires operating at the intersection of brand, business impact, and flawless execution, in close collaboration with other senior event leads.

The Elevate Event Marketing team at monday.com designs and delivers our high-impact, global conferences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth. We sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and brand - translating business priorities into unforgettable moments at scale.

In this role, you will lead major workstreams across the global delivery of our Elevate flagship in New York City, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders. You will shape and execute event strategies that align production experiences with monday.com’s global business objectives, ensuring each touchpoint delivers measurable impact for customers and prospects.

You will own end-to-end execution, leading external vendors, production agencies, and strategic partners at scale, while maintaining operational excellence across budget management, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and delivery under tight timelines. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring our flagship event sets the benchmark for excellence and innovation across the business.

About Elevate

Elevate is monday.com’s flagship global conference, hosting thousands of customers, partners, industry analysts, influencers, and decision makers each year. Recent editions brought together more than 5,000 in-person attendees across New York, London, and Sydney, alongside 30,000+ online participants.

This is not a standard event role; Elevate is a high-profile, large-scale production that represents the company on a global stage. We are seeking a proven leader who has built and delivered global conferences at the 5,000+ attendee level.

About The Role
  • Lead major workstreams in the global delivery of Elevate flagship productions, in partnership with other senior event leads
  • Define and implement a strategy that aligns the production experience with monday.com’s global business priorities
  • Lead external vendors, production agencies, and partners at scale
  • Ensure operational excellence: budget control, contract negotiation, risk management, and execution under tight timelines
Requirements
  • 8+ years leading global event/experiential marketing initiatives for high-growth tech and product-led companies
  • Proven success owning and scaling flagship, owned conferences with 5,000+ attendees, from strategic vision through execution
  • Strong ability to operate at executive level, translating C-Suite objectives into impactful event and experience strategies
  • Demonstrated track-record managing complex global productions, external agencies and vendors, and multimillion-dollar budgets
  • Deep expertise in large-scale, in-person experiences designed to drive brand affinity, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes
  • Exceptional program leadership skills, confidently steering multiple parallel workstreams across cross-functional, international teams
  • Highly effective communicator, able to influence and align senior stakeholders across regions and time zones
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to lead on-site delivery of major global productions

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter/remote work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award-winning work environment - named a “Best Place to Work” by BuiltIn as well as “Great Place To Work” certified
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo
