You will lead Clearwater Analytics Americas’ marketing strategy and execution to drive measurable pipeline and bookings impact while strengthening brand awareness and positioning. You’ll own the regional go-to-market plan across digital, field, events, sales enablement, and partner marketing—anchored by a high-performing demand generation engine that supports 25%+ bookings growth.
Key Responsibilities
Americas Strategy & Market Execution
Lead Americas marketing across all customer sectors (Insurance, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Owners, and Energy).
Translate global marketing priorities into an Americas GTM plan tied to sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and revenue goals.
Ensure every market touchpoint (campaigns, events, field programs, partner motions) drives opportunity creation and account progression.
Partner closely with Americas Sales leadership to align marketing with pipeline acceleration, territory priorities, and account-level plans.
Regional Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive consistent messaging, positioning, and execution standards across the Americas while ensuring local relevance.
Bring client insights and competitive intelligence into planning to sharpen ICP focus and market prioritization.
Partner with Demand Generation on shared pipeline targets, operating rhythms, conversion performance, and reporting.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver buyer-specific narratives, proof points, and enablement for Americas teams.
Work with Brand & Communications to increase CWAN visibility, thought leadership, and storytelling in the region.
Field, Events & Partner Marketing
Own the Americas field and event strategy, including Clearwater Connect, executive dinners, client summits, user groups, and industry sponsorships.
Ensure every activation is built to commercial outcomes: meetings set, opportunities created, deal progression, retention/expansion, and brand leadership.
Establish clear ROI and performance frameworks that link spend to pipeline and business impact.
Build and scale partner/channel marketing programs that expand reach and accelerate pipeline in priority segments.
Team Leadership & Operations
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Americas marketing team (and dotted-line partners as applicable).
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence with clear goals and operating cadence.
Own the Americas budget, resource allocation, and operational discipline to maximize impact and efficiency.
Serve as a senior leader on the Marketing team, contributing to global strategy, planning, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience in a high-growth, action-oriented Capital Markets or financial services environment.
Proven track record of driving pipeline creation and bookings impact through integrated regional marketing programs.
Deep expertise in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including multi-channel demand generation and lifecycle marketing from pre-pipeline through booking.
Experience working across direct and channel sales models, including high-velocity demand generation.
Strong command of digital marketing KPIs, analytics, attribution, and executive-level reporting; comfortable being hands-on when needed.
Experience with marketing automation and the marketing tech stack required to scale demand generation.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior Sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, commercial judgment, and people leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MS/MA a plus.
