Are you a visionary leader ready to drive global growth and innovation in the wealth insights sector? Savanta is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Global Head of Wealth to join our senior leadership team.

This is a pivotal role, responsible for transforming our robust UK foundation into a world-leading, technology-first insights business with a truly global footprint.

About the Team:

The Wealth team specialises in high quality qualitative & quantitative research with wealthy audiences across different categories, with particular focus on luxury and wealth management sector.

 

Working with some of the most prestigious brands in the world from famous fashion houses, supercars to private banks, etc. We are trusted partners to our clients, advising them on how to engage, understand and access these niche and valuable audiences and this role offers the opportunity to support clients in a truly consultative manner.

 

About the Role:

 

  • Set and Deliver Global Strategy: Shape and implement a comprehensive global wealth strategy that supports Savanta’s growth ambitions and adapts to regional market needs.
  • Drive Commercial Growth: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and harnessing technology to secure sustainable, year-on-year expansion.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Develop and inspire a global team across the UK, EMEA, and Americas, creating a culture of innovation, client focus, and service excellence.
  • Expand International Presence: Increase market share outside the UK, particularly in the US and Asia, utilising existing relationships across various sectors.
  • Champion Technology-Driven Solutions: Embed technology at the core of service delivery to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Influence and Collaborate: Build strong stakeholder relationships, lead high-value pitches, and enhance Savanta’s reputation through thought leadership and networking.

 

About You:

 

You are a strategic, autonomous leader with a proven track record in driving commercial growth and leading high-performing teams. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to transform traditional research into cutting-edge insights.

 

Excelling at building relationships, managing complex challenges, and setting high standards for yourself and your team.

 

You’ll bring a mix of hands-on research expertise and proven team leadership, including:

 

  • Extensive experience in HNWI quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Several years leading and managing teams comprising both junior and senior staff.
  • Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and uphold high delivery standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • A track record of successfully managing large research portfolios.

This role will be based in NYC office and there is an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
