We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity
At Adobe, we’re creating a work environment where world-class talent can thrive. The Global HR Operations Analyst will play a critical role unlocking insight into the effectiveness, efficiency, and experience of Adobe’s HR services—ultimately enabling better support for Adobe’s 30K+ employees.

Using strong quantitative, analytical, and visual data-storytelling skills, you will develop reports and dashboards that illuminate the performance of our global people operations. The self-service reporting solutions you build will empower HR leaders to make strategic, data-driven decisions and proactively assist employees in moments that matter. The insights you surface will directly inform how our HR teams design and deliver services around the world.

You will be part of the Office of Transformation within the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) organization, and will partner closely with the People Analytics and HR Technology teams. We are a group of ambitious change-makers, strategic program managers, and process/service designers who are passionate about solving problems. You’ll join a team who brings a strong bias to action, works in an agile fashion, and role models our amazing Adobe culture.

What you'll do

Set the strategy and roadmap for how we evolve our self-service data ecosystem for HR operations, ensuring that different personas (e.g., process owners, team managers, support agents, regional HR leads) have access to the right insights at the right time

Drive a product-driven, scalable approach to designing, building and maintaining reporting solutions, and developing and managing operational HR metrics and queries

Demonstrate deep care for the ethical implications of working with employee data and ensure team compliance with privacy and legal regulations

Manage the lifecycle of HR operations reporting solutions, including business requirement gathering, prototyping, development, quality testing, user acceptance testing, rollout and post-launch enhancements:

  • Partner with HR process owners and operations teams across regions to understand their needs, develop metrics, collect feedback, and iterate to drive improvements
  • Use BI tools (Power BI) to create user-friendly, intuitive, and visually effective dashboards and reports, personalized for the relevant audience
  • Collaborate with platform and data teams to define technical requirements and ensure data sources are accurate, available, and analyzable
  • Monitor and maintain dashboards for data accuracy, reliability and performance
  • Deliver training and support to relevant audiences on using the dashboards effectively

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics within an HR and/or operations function
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Power BI), including how to clean, transform and aggregate data to create meaningful insights
  • Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and performance optimization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and levels within a fast-paced global organization
  • Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL is a nice-to-have, but not required
