We are seeking an Influencer Specialist to join our global social and influencer team. You will play a key role in scaling Noble Panacea’s influencer strategy globally. Working closely with the Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll help shape, execute, and evolve how the brand engages with creators. You will be supporting across strategic planning, to creative storytelling, and community building. 

This is a unique opportunity to merge science and art, leveraging your understanding of influencer culture, aesthetics, and data to build meaningful, long-term brand advocacy. 

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning 

  • Partner with the Social & Influencer Manager to build and refine the global influencer roadmap aligned with brand and campaign priorities. 
  • Identify opportunities within seasonal launches, hero campaigns, and brand storytelling moments. 
  • Contribute to the evolution of the influencer playbook, integrating emerging platforms, content formats, and cultural trends. 

Talent Identification & Partnerships 

  • Research, vet, and onboard creators whose voice, aesthetic, and values align with Noble Panacea. 
  • Support building authentic relationships with influencers across the luxury, beauty, and wellness spaces. 
  • Support and manage the briefing, contracting and partnership processes, ensuring clarity, creativity, and compliance. 

Campaign Execution 

  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to deliver on-brand, high-impact content across platforms. 
  • Review and refine creative assets to ensure they reflect the brand’s tone, craftsmanship, and visual identity. 
  • Partner with marketing and digital to amplify influencer activations through integrated campaigns. 

Community & Relationship Building 

  • Nurture an ecosystem of brand advocates through personal engagement, seeding initiatives, and exclusive collaborations. 
  • Support influencer participation in key brand events and storytelling moments. 
  • Help strengthen global alignment across markets through shared insights and collaboration. 

Reporting & Measurement

  • Monitor influencer and campaign performance using key tools and metrics (Dash Hudson, Launch Metrics). 
  • Translate results into insights to inform strategy, content evolution, and future partnerships. 
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts and bring innovative ideas to keep Noble Panacea at the forefront of digital influence. 
  • Track and manage the influencer budget, ensuring return on investment.
  • Track partnerships and manage all influencer workflows using Monday.com

Manage logistics

  • Coordinate with the Operations team on inventory for new launches and influencer product needs; oversee product shipments in collaboration with the Fulfilment team.

Trade collaboration

  • Work closely with the Trade team to support key retail partners through strategic influencer programs and campaigns.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty, or wellness. 
  • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, digital trends, and cultural storytelling. 
  • A balance of creativity and precision and able to blend brand craft with data-driven thinking. 
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Proactive, curious, and culturally aware; passionate about purposeful luxury and innovation. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
