As a Global Investment Content Marketing Senior Associate within the Private Bank, you will work closely with the business, subject-matter experts, and other partners within the marketing organization. You will be responsible for developing compelling, differentiated, and digestible content and articles on key topics, and for activating this content across all channels (email, web, and social media) globally. You will represent various perspectives and believe that this is how we will continue to differentiate ourselves in the eyes of our clients, competitors, and each other.
Job responsibilities:
  • Assist with developing and executing compelling content and messaging for global marketing initiatives, as well as shaping the content strategy for the global organization.
  • Support marketing programs and content that focus on deepening existing client relationships.

  • Develop a content strategy and an omni-channel distribution strategy to deliver targeted, personalized content programs at the right time, in formats that will increase awareness of our insights and solutions.
  • Assist with multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining a sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills.
  • Pull and interpret data to measure KPIs, help guide and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns, and develop forward-looking OKRs to drive business goals.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and use data to develop and execute our content personalization strategy.
  • Develop relationships with colleagues in other areas of Global Marketing (Brand and Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, Events) and across lines of business for effective partnerships.
  • Interact with business management and the sales team on the development of new ideas and ongoing training.
  • Assist with managing the budget and processing invoices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in financial services marketing, as well as an understanding of and/or interest in investments and wealth planning.
  • Strategically motivated and able to integrate business priorities into campaign and structured plans to deliver business impact.
  • Experience implementing campaigns across different content mediums-email, web, mobile, video, podcast, and social media channels.
  • Solid analytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinking. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability and desire to be a team player and navigate a highly matrixed organization.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
