Marketing Systems & Operations
- Own and optimize our marketing technology stack (SFDC, Marketo, Showpad etc), supporting teams to utilize the resources effectively and serving as expert
- Owning Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Target, Adobe Analytics) programs, workflows, governance and reporting of campaign effectiveness
- Oversee LMR process to ensure adherence to compliant standards
- Routinely monitor and optimize marketing asset performance and governance
- Lead PO (Purchase order) and systems that manage KOL governance to ensure timely and accurate compliance to internal processes
- Integrate and experiment with AI-driven solutions across Martech platforms to increase efficiency, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
Integrated Campaign Management
- As directed by Downstream GTM leader, lead creative development to ensure effective management of Global Imaging segment campaigns
- Recommending new ways of working, optimizing for impact and delivering new ideas for how campaigns can have bolder impact based
- Own “always-on” campaign execution including email nurture campaigns, webinar execution and overall running of marketing activities.
- Working with the Clinical Marketing Leader, support logistics and execution of Global KOL and Thought Leader Advocacy Boards and Roundtables, ensuring end to end follow through.
Marketing Excellence
- Create monthly marketing operating rhythm, supporting the Executive Director to deliver global marketing excellence; maintaining focus on commercial impact and outcomes
- Create internal Imaging communications plan aligned to critical business priorities, to help inspire, connect and engage associates
- Manage logistics and execution of annual global marketing summit
- Serve as train the trainer expert for critical marketing processes, helping to organize and run training sessions and upskill the organization
Team Leadership
- Build, inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing organization.
- Upskilling through coaching and guidance to nurture top talent and develop associates through Standard Work, feedback loops and deep engagement
- Define and manage critical team KPI’s and measure throughout annual process to deliver results, feeding into daily visual management
- Ability to work across the matrix to deliver results for the team, listening to feedback and proactively seeking ways to deliver at a higher level
- Oversee Portfolio and Integrated Marketing budget, ensuring careful tracking of spends and performance to goal

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Marketing Communications or Marketing Operations Management
- Deep understanding of the full marketing mix and how collaborative teams can work across the matrix to deploy impactful campaigns.
- Proven demonstration of delivering growth, results and campaigns with meaningful top line impact
- High strategic acumen – ability to turn business goals into impactful strategies
- Demonstrated leadership and associate development focus to build strong, high-performing and happy teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
