Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new accounts, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for revenue growth.
We are looking for a GTM Manager to join monday’s global GTM team and lead our revenue growth across regions, segments, and motions.
You’ll own the end-to-end GTM motion for new accounts, from strategy to execution with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Enablments, CS).
- 6+ Experience in GTM, Sales, or Marketing in a SaaS or product-led company.
- Experience in working with enterprise customers and internal executives.
- Proven ability to drive growth and scale new business.
- Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, and growth metrics.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable working with insights and experimentation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills in English.
- Proactive, hands-on, and excited about building and scaling GTM motions.
