You Are: 

A seasoned OneStream Techno-Functional Solution Architect with end-to-end design, build, implementation, and maintenance experience.

You possess deep industry and finance process knowledge and can articulate effective, scalable solutions that bring together strategy, technology, and people. You serve as the primary authority on platform design decisions, integration strategy, and solution quality — bridging technical architecture and functional finance knowledge across enterprise-grade implementations.

You mentor senior developers, drive platform best practices, and work closely with functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

The Work:  

  • Define and own the end-to-end technical and functional architecture of OneStream XF implementations across consolidation, planning, reporting, and close management.

  • Lead discovery workshops with CFO, Controller, and finance leadership to capture business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.

  • Design application architecture including; cube structure, dimensionality, workflow profiles, security models, and data integration frameworks.

  • Establish platform governance standards, coding best practices, and solution design principles across all development workstreams.

  • Drive integration architecture between OneStream and upstream/downstream systems including ERP, HCM, CRM, and and data warehouses.

  • Evaluate and select Marketplace solutions, custom extensions, and third-party tools aligned with business needs.

  • Lead technical and functional reviews, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical and functional issues during implementation and post-go-live.

  • Transform user requirements into a comprehensive OneStream design utilizing object-oriented principles to create fully extensible applications.

  • Lead clients and team members through all aspects of consulting and delivery phases including discovery, visioning, blueprinting, requirement gathering, design, process transformation, system configuration, testing, deployment, support, and value realization.

  • Grow the practice by owning the new business proposal process — business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversations and presentations to develop business opportunities.

  • Manage resource supply and demand planning for both in-flight and upcoming projects.

  • Guide and mentor senior developers and functional consultants across project teams.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience designing and developing OneStream solutions, including at least 3 full lifecycle enterprise implementations

  • Minimum of 5 years performance management consulting (Consolidations or Planning)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience leading & facilitating requirement and design workshops

  • Minimum of 3 years of Industry Expertise/Knowledge in key strategic areas (Manufacturing/Retail, Financial Services, and Energy)

  • Minimum of 2 years of EPM transformational experience (a thorough understanding of the OneStream platform functionality and capabilities)

  • OneStream Certified (OPC): Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus points if: 

  • You have completed one of the OneStream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings)

  • You have completed any OneStream level 2 courses

  • You have sensible AI training/experience

  • You have experience designing and/or developing OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.)

  • You have experience designing and/or developing solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.

  • You have obtained OneStream Certifications

  • You have proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment

  • You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • You have a desire to work in an information systems environment

  • You have a desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM

  • You have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
