Treasure is building the operating system for collectibles.

We’re building the infrastructure that connects the collectibles ecosystem.

We’re looking for a GTM Intern to join our team and work across virtually every part of go-to-market, starting with marketing and sales.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work directly with the founders and GTM team, learn how an early-stage company actually grows, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

The Role

You’ll help us figure out how to get Treasure in front of more people and turn that attention into customers.

One day you might be researching potential event organizers. The next, you might be creating an Instagram video, helping with an outbound campaign, or attending a card show.

You’ll be doing a lot of different things.

We’re especially looking for someone with a creative itch. Someone who likes making content, experimenting with ideas, and figuring out how to get people excited about a product.

But this is also a startup. There will be plenty of grunt work: research, prospecting, list building, data entry, follow-ups, and repetitive tasks that simply need to get done.

You should be excited about both sides of that.

What You’ll Do
  • Help create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels

  • Research and identify potential customers and partners

  • Support outbound sales through email, social media, and other channels

  • Help manage and organize our sales pipeline

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and growth experiments

  • Research the collectibles industry, competitors, customers, and market opportunities

  • Help create sales and marketing materials

  • Attend collectibles events and support on-the-ground marketing and sales efforts

  • Test new GTM ideas and help figure out what works

  • Take on projects across marketing, sales, partnerships, and growth as needed

Who You Are
  • Creative and naturally curious

  • Interested in startups, marketing, sales, content, or business

  • Comfortable learning by doing

  • Willing to do the unglamorous work when it needs to get done

  • Strong communicator

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable reaching out to people you’ve never met

  • Resourceful and willing to figure things out without a playbook

  • Excited by the idea of seeing your work directly impact a growing company

  • Interested in collectibles, sports cards, TCGs, or the broader hobby is a major plus

  • Experience creating social content is a plus

You don’t need to know everything. You need to be hungry, resourceful, creative, and willing to get your hands dirty.

Why Treasure?

Treasure already has powered 3,000+ card shows across the country, giving us a growing network and a unique position in one of the fastest-growing parts of the collectibles industry.

We’re an early-stage company with a big vision: to build the operating system for collectibles. You’ll work directly with the founders and get exposure to nearly every part of building a startup’s go-to-market engine.

You’ll learn by actually doing the work: creating content, generating leads, talking to customers, running experiments, and helping us figure out how to grow.

Benefits: Competitive compensation ($25-$30/hour)
Start Date: Immediate
