The Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager plays a critical role in executing our most impactful product and technology initiatives. In this role, you will oversee GTM activities across Commercialization, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. You will own the “final mile” of bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market, spanning Provider, Payer, Life Sciences, and HealthTech segments.


This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in ambiguity and complexity, quickly translating strategic vision into action. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will provide expert guidance to align GTM execution with product and organizational goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) activities to increase market impact. 
  • Oversee market evaluation, financial modeling, sales training, and enablement efforts.. 
  • Program manage product launch initiatives and showcase customer value through qualitative stories, customer references, and case studies.  
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market reach and drive channel integrations.  
  • Facilitate the Customer Advisory Council to gather insights and drive engagement. 
  • Identify and resolve blockers through risk assessments, mitigation planning, and escalation as needed. 
  • Lead reporting activities, including executive readouts, KPI tracking, and transparent communication. 
  • Create artifacts and communication methods for senior leadership and Board of Directors updates. 
  • Develop and implement best practices to scale GTM program management. 
  • Cross-train other program managers to expand GTM program management capabilities. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 5+ years of hands-on project or program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare solutions to market efficiently. 
  • Experience in marketing, strategy, or business development within a SaaS-based company. 
  • Experience in healthcare technology is strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences. 
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot and prioritize effectively. 
  • A collaborative spirit and a strong voice, whether loud or quiet. We value your perspective, ideas, and questions, as well as your ability to foster shared understanding and success.
