About Us:

VideaHealth is a cutting-edge AI-powered solution for dentistry, developed by a team of seasoned leaders, engineers, AI scientists, and clinicians spun out of MIT. Our vision is to be the first company to diagnose a billion people globally. Our product is already used by several tens of thousands of dental clinicians to improve the quality of care through faster diagnoses, increase operating efficiencies, and improved patient understanding.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Go To Market Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for our go to market organization, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit.

This opportunity is based in our Brooklyn New York office on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships

  • Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to define role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans, and to build hiring strategies aligned to quarterly growth goals.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies

  • Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies

  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, outbound email, communities, events, and targeted pipelines

  • Run structured screening and interview loops that evaluate competencies, performance history, and values alignment, while ensuring equitable, consistent assessments.

  • Manage the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, debriefs, feedback collection, and candidate communication—delivering a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Drive offer strategy and closing in partnership with leaders: compensation alignment, level calibration, and stakeholder coordination to increase acceptance rates.

About You:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated success hiring for GTM roles (Sales/Marketing/CS/RevOps), with strong instincts for what “great” looks like across different functions and seniority levels.

  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills; you’re comfortable building pipelines from scratch and experimenting with messaging and channels.

  • Confident partner to hiring managers and leaders—able to push for clarity, manage tradeoffs, and keep searches moving with urgency and transparency.

  • Data-informed and detail-oriented: you use funnel metrics and ATS reporting to diagnose bottlenecks and improve outcomes.

  • Excellent communicator with a candidate-first mindset and high bar for experience and follow-through.

  • Bonus: experience supporting broader People Ops/HR initiatives (onboarding, process improvement, programs).

  • Motivated by mission-driven work and excited to help improve health outcomes through technology

  • Able to work on a hybrid schedule and commute to our New York City with occasional travel to Boston

Don’t meet all the listed requirements? We still encourage you to apply! We are looking for the right teammate who is excited to contribute to our mission and are flexible on level of experience.
