This is where your career begins.
We are building the Business Development Graduate Program within our Enterprise Team at osapiens, with a focus on the US market. As we are now expanding, we are building up the team located in the US. And we are looking for the best graduates in the region. Not the loudest. The sharpest.
This is not a traditional SDR role. It is a high-ownership position at one of Europe's fastest-growing sustainability tech companies — with a clear career path, an AI-first toolstack, and real responsibility from day one.

We are building a decacorn here. You could be part of that.

What the program looks like
The BDR Graduate Program is structured around a simple principle: real ownership from day one, with a clear path forward.
You will spend your first year in the BDR role — building pipeline, mastering senior outbound, and developing your AI stack. Strong performers can expect significant career opportunities within 18, 24, 36 months — into Account Executive, Senior BD, BD leadership, or adjacent commercial roles —  based on your results and where your strengths take you.
We hire annually. Once you are in, you are part of a cohort — and a pipeline of talent that grows with the company.

What you'll do
  • A named-account list. 100–200 accounts in your territory — you know them, you research them, and you decide when and how to engage. Quality of pipeline, not dial volume. And if you can demonstrate you can handle more, you’ll get more.
  •  Senior outbound conversations. Get into rooms with VP-level and above in your target accounts. Run sharp, well-prepared discovery calls and concise 5–10-minute product framings when needed.
  • Signal-driven outreach. Read regulatory shifts, earnings calls, leadership moves, and product launches and turn them into a reason to reach out today. Signals are surfaced for you; the angle is yours to write. Or even better: build agents that put these signals at your fingertips — and share them with your peers.
  • Qualified pipeline handoff. Move opportunities through to AE-accepted, BANT-qualified pipeline in HubSpot, with multi-thread coverage across at least two contacts per active account.
  • Your own AI stack. Live inside Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build and vibe-code your own lightweight agents and workflows for research, enrichment, drafting, and signal monitoring — then share what works with the team.
  • AI SDRs - pilot, improve, and scale. We’re actively exploring AI SDRs for both inbound and outbound. You’ll be on the front line — piloting them, training them, stress-testing them, and feeding back what works — helping us build the most AI-advanced BD organisation in the world.
  • A clean execution lane. Messaging, decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides are supplied by Product Marketing and Pre-Sales. Your job is execution: outreach quality, meeting quality, pipeline quality.

What you'll bring
  • Top-tier talent profile. You could land a role at any top-tier company. Best fit is straight from a top university or with two to four years of working experience.
  • Intellectually sharp and commercially curious. You read a regulatory shift or an earnings call and turn it into a reason to reach out today.
  • Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker. You don’t just run the playbook — you challenge it. Tell us what we should be doing differently, what tools we should be trying, what signals we’re missing, and how we can get better at everything we do. We want operators who make the system smarter, not just keep it running.
  • Comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You can articulate a business problem clearly to a senior executive, and you are eager to learn the software and run short product framings when needed.
  • High energy, resilient, and hungry. Intrinsically motivated to build a great career. Outbound-heavy role, strong performance culture — we hire people who run toward that, not away from it. This is the single most important attribute.
  • AI-first by default. You already work fluently with Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and n8n, and you build and vibe-code your own lightweight agents and workflows.
  • Multi-solution fluency. Comfortable holding the full picture across multiple osapiens solutions and connecting them to a customer’s actual business challenge — not pitching features, but framing an answer to the problem they already have.
  • English native required.

What Success Looks Like (first 12 Months):
  • You own your account list end-to-end - ICP scored, signals live, multi-thread coverage trending up.
  • Qualified pipeline created, senior-level meetings, and CXO meetings (CFO, CPO, COO, CSO, CEO) reported weekly and trending up against tier targets.
  • ACV won where you are logged as lead source is materially contributing to the territory number.
  • A visible log of your own AI experiments — agents built, sequences tried, signals tested — with results shared openly across the BD team.

Benefits
  • A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges whilst working alongside global industry pioneers
  • Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture
  • Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options
  • Fuel for your growth journey, both personally and professionally
  • Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions
  • Fun team events and outings with our global teams
