The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that support the company's brand, marketing, advertising, communications, and business objectives. The position works closely with marketing, sales, content, and other departments to develop creative materials for digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate ideas and business requirements into professional visual designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print materials.
- Create marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Design graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other online channels.
- Create and maintain branded templates and visual assets.
- Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, including colors, typography, imagery, logos, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, communications, product, and management teams to understand project requirements.
- Translate creative briefs, written concepts, and business objectives into effective visual designs.
- Edit and retouch photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
- Prepare final artwork for digital publication and print production.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, screen sizes, and marketing channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, images, fonts, and other creative assets.
- Research current design trends and industry standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Work with printers, vendors, photographers, illustrators, and other external creative professionals when required.
- Ensure final designs are accurate, visually consistent, and free of errors.
- Perform other creative and marketing-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creative ability.
- Proficiency with professional design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to accept feedback and incorporate revisions.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience preparing files for professional printing.
- Basic photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative and design tools.
