WHO YOU ARE 
Prowess Consulting is looking for a Graphic Designer to create clear, engaging, and scalable visual assets that make complex Total Rewards programs with a leading tech company easy to understand. 
This role is ideal for a designer who excels at translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visual storytelling. You bring a strong foundation in editorial and systems design, with the ability to create both one-off assets and repeatable templates that scale across programs. 
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating closely with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. No third-party agencies, please. 
In this role, you can work primarily within your local time zone, with occasional availability needed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides 
  • Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns 
  • Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives 
  • Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards 
  • Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables 
 Qualifications and Expectations   
  • Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches 
  • Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs preferred 
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas 
  • Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats 
  • Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
 Additional Details
  • The offered pay range for this position is $75,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
