We are looking for a Creative Production Associate (Intern) who is fast, skilled, and detail-oriented to support design, printing, and branding execution. This role provides an opportunity to work across different brands, handle international clients, and gain real-world experience in print production.

Your Role – What You’ll Do

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Quickly create 10+ daily mock-ups for client orders using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Develop marketing materials for events, corporate branding, and social media content.
  • Adapt designs to meet international brand standards.

Print & Production Operations

  • Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Work with fabric, paper, and digital printing materials to deliver final production.
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure all projects meet specifications.

Data Management & Client Handling

  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to document client requirements and generate reports.
  • Work fast and accurately to handle multiple orders with minimal errors.
  • Manage sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Technology & Learning

  • Learn and use Zoho Inventory & CRM for tracking printing jobs.
  • Improve speed and efficiency with CapCut for simple video edits.
