As a member of the RainFocus team, you will have the opportunity to experience first-hand the impact of our industry leading platform at events around the world. Come be a part of a company that is changing the market! — it will be challenging, fun and exciting!

About the Role
Emerging Solutions is where we build our next products for enterprise revenue teams, and this role leads it. It is a fit for a product leader who knows how enterprise sales and revenue teams work and wants to turn that knowledge into products.

Your first assignment is Sales Module, where events become revenue conversations for enterprise sales and partner teams. It is central to how some of the world's largest technology, financial services, and enterprise brands get value from their event investments.

This is a rare chance to shape a product at an inflection point. You'll own Sales Module's vision and roadmap as it grows from a proven workflow product into an agent-ready capability that meets customers where they already work, including Salesforce, Slack, and Claude. The work is funded and prioritized, and you'll partner closely with engineering, product marketing, go-to-market leadership, and an external development partner. As our bets evolve, your assignments within Emerging Solutions may evolve with them.

What You'll Do

  • Set the multi-year vision and go-to-market roadmap for Sales Module, with agentic experiences at the center, and be accountable for its adoption and quality.
  • Lead the shift to agent-ready delivery: composable tools and actions that customers can bring into the AI assistants, agents, and workflows they already rely on, using RainFocus Nexus and MCP Profiles.
  • Own the experience across every surface, including native RainFocus, Salesforce, and agent-driven channels such as Slack and Claude, so it feels consistent wherever reps and partners work.
  • Direct our external development partner on the Salesforce app.
  • Work with product and engineering leaders to sharpen the data behind the product, so it powers better AI-driven insights across the platform.
  • Design for five core personas: account executives, event managers, sales leaders, digital marketers, and channel sales managers

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS product management, including 2+ years leading product managers or complex, multi-product teams.
  • Deep expertise in sales and revenue operations and workflows: how enterprise sales teams manage accounts, territories, quota, pipeline, and partners. Event technology experience is valuable but does not substitute.
  • Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Sales Cloud, AppExchange patterns, Canvas, Lightning Web Components, APIs, OAuth/SSO).
  • Experience shipping AI-native and agentic product capabilities, such as LLM-based inference, conversational assistants, or agents that take action on a user's behalf.
  • Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including the differences between an MCP server, an MCP App, and a plugin.
  • Comfort with a phased, evidence-gated approach, where commitments follow early proof.
  • A track record of directing external agencies or integrators to deliver on schedule.
  • Domain expertise in sales enablement, revenue operations, martech, CRM integrations, or event technology.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in event management or event marketing technology.
  • Experience with acquired codebases, legacy migrations, or sunset plans.

  • Familiarity with the revenue and conversation-intelligence landscape.

  • Exposure to entity matching, non-Salesforce CRMs, or agent marketplaces such as Claude and ChatGPT.
