Role: Group Product Manager MoneyLion

Location: New York City (Onsite 3 days/week)

Compensation Range: $240,000–$250,000 base salary

About the Role

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across MoneyLion’s Consumer Marketplace, spanning mobile, web, and cross-brand experiences. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding core financial product verticals, and evolving our personalization and marketplace intelligence systems.

You will own critical marketplace surfaces used by millions of customers and partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, PMM, lifecycle marketing, and the Enterprise Engine organization. The role requires deep product leadership, strong technical fluency, and the ability to operate autonomously while influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for major Consumer Marketplace verticals and surfaces, including Credit Cards, and personalization systems.

  • Lead multi-quarter Marketplace initiatives across mobile and web, ensuring clear prioritization, structured execution, and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive web acquisition, and funnel optimization initiatives to scale high-intent user traffic and improve conversion rates.

  • Partner with engineering leadership to shape platform architecture, backend systems, event pipelines, and experimentation capabilities.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, analytics, marketing, enterprise, and design teams.

  • Define and track KPIs across revenue, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics; drive decisions through rigorous data and experimentation.

  • Act as a senior product leader and mentor within the Marketplace team, elevating product craft and decision-making across PMs.

  • Champion the customer experience and ensure Marketplace surfaces are intuitive, performant, and impactful.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align Marketplace strategy with company-wide priorities, including AI-first initiatives.

About You
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with significant time spent in fintech, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer technology.

  • Proven track record leading large-scale, revenue-critical product areas.

  • Strong technical fluency (APIs, backend systems, experimentation frameworks, data pipelines).

  • Deep experience in personalization, marketplace dynamics, and funnel optimization.

  • Comfortable partnering with Engineering Directors and Data Science on architectural decisions.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong analytical abilities; SQL proficiency preferred.

  • Experience mentoring PMs or leading multi-PM initiatives.

Compensation

Base salary range for this role is $240,000–$250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes annual discretionary bonus eligibility, equity, 401(k) match, health benefits, and unlimited PTO for salaried roles.
