Your Impact on our Mission:
At Zocdoc, we’re building the best experience for millions of patients to find a great doctor and for hundreds of thousands of providers to grow their practices. As the Group Product Manager for Zo, our AI-powered phone product, you will drive strategy, define success, and build & lead a team of product managers who are transforming how patients and providers connect.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the forefront of healthcare and AI innovation. You will shape the product roadmap, oversee the full product lifecycle, and build a category-defining experience that makes it radically easier for patients to book care and for providers to manage inbound demand.

Your day to day is…
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Zo, Zocdoc’s AI phone platform
- Build, lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing, Sales, BD, and Operations to bring high-quality features to market
- Continuously iterate on Zo using experimentation, voice-of-customer feedback, and product analytics to improve performance and user experience
- Champion and implement best-in-class product development practices and team rituals
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 7+ years of product experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products
- 3+ years of proven management experience in recruiting, leading and developing a team of great product managers
- Demonstrated success shipping complex, technical products that drive business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and make informed product decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Startup experience as well as experience working with AI/ML technologies is a strong plus
