About the Team

Miro's Product Marketing team shapes how the world thinks about, adopts, and gets value from Miro. We are responsible for crafting and packaging Miro's product story and taking it to customers with impactful go to market approaches, built in partnership across teams at Miro. Successful Product Marketers at Miro are curious, customer centric, creative problem solvers, operate with end to end ownership of their domain, and can seamlessly shift from storytelling to strategy to tactical marketing execution to drive outcomes.

About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Group Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for one or more of Miro's emerging product portfolio. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build comprehensive product marketing strategies from the ground up for new products. You'll combine deep product marketing expertise with broad cross-functional capabilities to position new offerings for market success, working cross functionally and directly with customers to create compelling value propositions and marketing plans that align with Miro's platform and multiproduct strategy.

This role offers the chance to shape Miro's expansion into new market categories, work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and build scalable approaches that will guide future product category expansions. You'll have autonomy to experiment while contributing signficantly to the company's next phase of evolution.
What you’ll do
  • Drive market discovery and customer understanding through deep curiosity and investigative research, uncovering insights about target personas, their underlying motivations, pain points, buying processes, and customer journeys
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that connect product capabilities to customer outcomes, leveraging creative thinking to find unique angles that set our solutions apart from competitive alternatives
  • Build comprehensive go-to-market strategies with an end-to-end perspective, connecting work across product discovery, development, campaign and launch execution, demand generation, and sales enablement while optimizing for system-wide impact
  • Go from 0 to 1 to scaled launches as products and product-market fit matures, balancing innovative approaches with proven methodologies to accelerate time-to-market and ensure consistent execution
  • Influence cross-functional alignment without formal authority, driving decisions across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights
  • Establish thought leadership and market credibility by collaborating with marketing teams to develop content strategies and campaigns that position Miro as an innovator in new market categories
What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of product marketing/generalist marketing experience with proven success launching new products or entering new market categories, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments with both PLG and Sales-led go to market motions
  • Entrepreneurial track record of building marketing strategies from zero to one, with evidence of taking ownership beyond assigned scope and driving initiatives through obstacles
  • T-shaped marketing skills combining deep product marketing expertise (positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence) with broad understanding of demand generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Multi-product or platform experience with enterprise software, particularly in productivity, collaboration, or work management solutions
What's in it for you
  • 401k matching + Competitive equity package
  • Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits
  • Fertility & Family Forming Benefits
  • Flexible time off
  • Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
  • Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
  • Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
  • Up to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each year

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $186.400 to $233.000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
