The Growth Associate will be a pivotal force in Coral Care's rapid expansion, responsible for testing, building, and launching innovative sales and growth strategies for both our valued providers and the families we serve. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our mission by accelerating customer acquisition and optimizing our ability to grow and adapt.
About Coral Care
At Coral Care, we believe families should never have to fight for the care their children need. Millions of young children in the U.S. experience developmental delays, yet parents often face long waitlists and complex systems. Our mission is to change that by making high-quality pediatric therapy accessible at home and in the community. We are a platform powering a two-sided marketplace: helping families connect with trusted, local speech, occupational, and physical therapists who accept insurance, and supporting providers in building thriving private practices within their own communities. Since launching in 2023, Coral Care has delivered thousands of therapy sessions and expanded across multiple states. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team with a culture of compassion, collaboration, and momentum — and we are just getting started.
Description
As a Growth Associate at Coral Care, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to transform pediatric therapy access. This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to own end-to-end programs, driving initiatives from conception to execution. You will play a crucial role in identifying untapped market opportunities, experimenting with new distribution channels, and optimizing our customer acquisition funnels. You’ll be responsible for key strategic projects that directly impact our ability to onboard new providers and families efficiently, ensuring seamless access to care. You'll work cross-functionally, converting insights into actionable strategies and rigorously measuring their impact. If you're passionate about making a tangible difference, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to roll up your sleeves to build and scale, this role is for you.
About Us:
Coral Care is transforming access to pediatric therapy by connecting families with trusted local clinicians who provide care in the home. We partner with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to deliver high-quality, in-person services while handling the administrative work that makes care possible — including credentialing, billing, payor contracting, and scheduling.
Our mission is to make it easier for families to get the support their children need and to create a sustainable path for clinicians to do the work they love. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in building the systems and operations that power this mission as we expand rapidly across the country.
