The Growth Associate will be a pivotal force in Coral Care's rapid expansion, responsible for testing, building, and launching innovative sales and growth strategies for both our valued providers and the families we serve. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our mission by accelerating customer acquisition and optimizing our ability to grow and adapt.

About Coral Care

At Coral Care, we believe families should never have to fight for the care their children need. Millions of young children in the U.S. experience developmental delays, yet parents often face long waitlists and complex systems. Our mission is to change that by making high-quality pediatric therapy accessible at home and in the community. We are a platform powering a two-sided marketplace: helping families connect with trusted, local speech, occupational, and physical therapists who accept insurance, and supporting providers in building thriving private practices within their own communities. Since launching in 2023, Coral Care has delivered thousands of therapy sessions and expanded across multiple states. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team with a culture of compassion, collaboration, and momentum — and we are just getting started.

Description

As a Growth Associate at Coral Care, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to transform pediatric therapy access. This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to own end-to-end programs, driving initiatives from conception to execution. You will play a crucial role in identifying untapped market opportunities, experimenting with new distribution channels, and optimizing our customer acquisition funnels. You’ll be responsible for key strategic projects that directly impact our ability to onboard new providers and families efficiently, ensuring seamless access to care. You'll work cross-functionally, converting insights into actionable strategies and rigorously measuring their impact. If you're passionate about making a tangible difference, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to roll up your sleeves to build and scale, this role is for you.

About Us:

Coral Care is transforming access to pediatric therapy by connecting families with trusted local clinicians who provide care in the home. We partner with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to deliver high-quality, in-person services while handling the administrative work that makes care possible — including credentialing, billing, payor contracting, and scheduling.

Our mission is to make it easier for families to get the support their children need and to create a sustainable path for clinicians to do the work they love. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in building the systems and operations that power this mission as we expand rapidly across the country.

About You:

This role is ideal for an ambitious, adaptable, and entrepreneurial individual looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You might be:

  • Someone interested in gaining real-world experience similar to an incubator, accelerator, or venture capital setting, eager to contribute directly to a company's growth trajectory.
  • Comfortable jumping into sales calls and thriving in ambiguity, with a talent for building structure where none exists.
  • A former consultant looking to apply strategic thinking to both micro-level execution and macro-level impact.
  • A "jack of all trades" who can quickly find answers, solve complex, cross-departmental problems, and is relentless in the pursuit of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Experimentation: Test, develop, and launch new sales and partnership channels for both provider and family acquisition.
  • Channel Ownership: Own the strategy and operations for key distribution channels and products, driving their performance and evolution.
  • Scaling Initiatives: Design and implement critical scaling initiatives, with a strong focus on optimizing the speed and efficiency of customer onboarding and support.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for current and future state products, ensuring successful launches and market penetration.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage growth-focused projects from ideation to execution, converting insights into actionable strategies.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and validate core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition, retention rates, ROI, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to inform business decisions.
  • Agile Approach: Maintain an agile and iterative approach to all initiatives, constantly searching for and exploiting new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a growth-focused role, consulting, business operations, or a related field, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, test, and scale new initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong ability to build structure and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders, including potential customers (providers and families).
  • Proactive, self-starter with a "get it done" mentality and a relentless focus on results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), CRM systems, and project management software.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary + equity
  • Location: Fully remote (East Coast preferred)
  • Medical coverage and health benefits
  • Unlimited vacation- Take what you need PTO policy
  • Opportunities for rapid growth in a high-growth, mission-driven startup.
  • Flexible, remote work arrangement to suit your lifestyle.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
