Position Overview

The Growth Coordinator is an entry-level role supporting the growth teams on business development, marketing, and strategy efforts in a fast-paced new business team environment. This role is central to organizing and executing new business RFPs and pitches, and requires strong communication, amazing scheduling, and superb prioritization skills.

You’ll work cross-functionally with departments including Brand, Engagement, Social Strategy, Creative, Account Services, Medical, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and momentum across all stages of the proposal process. You’ll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, generating billable codes, estimating project hours, and supporting the delivery of high-quality materials.

A key part of this role involves leveraging generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot to assist with, writing and workflow automation, particularly with transcripts and recaps. A working knowledge of AI principles and prompt writing is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for new business pitches and RFP coordination
  • Schedule and manage meetings across multiple departments using Microsoft Outlook, with a strong sense of prioritization
  • Communicate quickly and effectively across teams to keep projects moving
  • Track progress of deliverables and maintain project timelines
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, recaps, and proposal documents
  • Maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Use generative AI tools to support research, writing, and task automation
  • Apply basic project management principles to support team leads and ensure alignment with goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, engagement and social strategy, creative, account services, medical, and executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook calendaring skills and ability to manage multiple schedules
  • Very proficient with Microsoft office software; PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and basic understanding of prompt writing

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
