Who we are:

Arena is on a mission to accelerate hardware innovation that powers human progress. Our name is inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's 'Citizenship in a Republic' speech. To us, entering the Arena means committing fully and accepting the risk of failure in pursuit of an audacious, worthy cause. We believe the future belongs to those brave enough to build it.

Our team of 50 combines AI engineering and applied physics expertise with deep experience in enterprise deployments. We're headquartered in NYC with presences in San Francisco and Los Angeles, backed by $62M from Initialized, Founders Fund, Goldcrest Capital, Fifth Down Capital, and Shield Capital.

If you're ready to do the most important work of your career, join us in the Arena.

What we do:

At Arena, we're building foundational intelligence for modern hardware. Our AI platform Atlas operationalizes physics-grounded intelligence to verify, debug, and optimize hardware across its lifecycle. Atlas is already trusted globally by the world's most advanced hardware companies, including AMD and Bausch & Lomb, for applications across R&D, integration testing, production assembly, and field repair.

About the role

As a Growth Engineer at Arena, you'll sit at the intersection of product and GTM success, helping prospects understand the full potential of Atlas with deep technical expertise. You will craft polished, high-impact materials that bring Arena's capabilities to life, from interactive demos to technical content that is as rigorous as it is visually compelling, resonating with engineers and executives alike. Working closely with sales and product, you'll turn technical expertise into business value and customer feedback into product improvements.

How you will contribute:

  • Lead technical discovery and demos - Own the full spectrum of technical sales support—from running product demos with new prospects to partnering with product and engineering leadership to author RFPs and scope new pilots.
  • Build assets that bring our product to life - Design and ship end-to-end prototypes and interactive experiences that help customers deeply understand our platform.
  • Own product marketing materials - Build, maintain, and evolve our library of demos, decks, and technical content.
You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a technical customer-facing role; experience in hardware strongly preferred
  • Ability to ship code end-to-end - you're comfortable building functional prototypes and interactive experiences in both code and Figma, and you love tinkering on side projects
  • Experience communication with technical customers - you can speak the technical language of the customer across software and hardware, and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
  • A sharp eye for design and detail - you take pride in crafting polished, visually compelling assets that communicate complex ideas clearly, whether that's code, video, or presentations

Requirements
