Why this role?

As one of Daptic’s earliest sales hires, you’ll be instrumental in defining how we break into new accounts, experiment with creative top-of-funnel GTM motions, and ultimately fuel our next stage of growth.

  • Be at the forefront of AI + enterprise SaaS: You’ll leverage Daptic itself to identify key market trends and regulatory shifts that resonate with prospects and craft timely, hyper-relevant outreach.

  • Flex your creativity: Run unconventional plays to break into strategic accounts: social plays, warm intros, IRL creative gifting, LinkedIn thought leadership. We’ll support your ideas with marketing and product resources.

  • Grow faster than you would anywhere else: In just a few months, you’ll see the inside of complex enterprise sales cycles, learn how large manufacturers think, and work directly with our founders on GTM strategy.

  • Join a rocketship at an inflection point: We’re trusted by some of the world’s largest manufacturers and backed by leading investors. Help us scale this next chapter.

What you’ll do

  • Your north star: Book meetings with regulatory and compliance leaders at large manufacturers that turn into high-quality opportunities.

  • Build your own pipeline by identifying accounts, researching stakeholders, and crafting multi-threaded outreach strategies.

  • Use Daptic to analyze prospects’ regulatory environments and tailor your outreach to pressing compliance risks or market shifts.

  • Engage across multiple channels, like email, LinkedIn, social selling, and cold calls, with thoughtful, personalized messaging.

  • Handle objections with confidence, creativity, and an eye toward educating our prospects on new regulatory challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to design campaigns and share learnings that sharpen our GTM approach.

What you bring

  • 1+ years in a sales development, marketing, or growth role (B2B SaaS preferred), ideally with direct outbound experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort speaking with VP and C-level executives.

  • Natural curiosity. You love learning new industries and complex concepts, and can distill them into simple value props.

  • Proactive, self-driven approach with a sense of urgency and ownership. You’ll build your own playbook here, not just follow one.

  • Ambition to grow fast. Whether it’s mastering enterprise selling, refining GTM experiments, or stepping into new roles, you’re excited to level up.

Why you’ll love working at Daptic

  • Big impact, early stage: You’ll shape how we go to market and directly influence Daptic’s trajectory.

  • Customers solving urgent problems: We work with household names facing massive regulatory complexity and we’re helping them solve it with AI.

  • A sharp, humble team: We believe in high standards, candid collaboration, and celebrating wins.

  • Fun environment: We’re building something important, but we also make it a point to enjoy the ride, from offsites to team dinners in NYC.

Some other notes

  • Individual contributor role, working from our Seaport (Manhattan) office 4 or 5 days a week.

  • 100% healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision). Gym membership, and unlimited PTO round out the comp plan.
