Growth Lead - Base44

Base44 is looking for a growth-obsessed, product-minded expert to fully own user-driven growth on our platform. You'll identify the moments when users naturally invite others, build powerful growth loops, and scale them dramatically.

We're searching for someone passionate about experimentation and deeply data-driven, with a keen eye for intuitive product experiences and sharp messaging that inspires users to share and spread the word.

This role is essential to unlocking our next phase of growth—taking our platform from early momentum to explosive scale.

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute the strategy for user-driven growth, focusing on referrals, virality, sharing mechanics, and growth loops

• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Data, and Marketing teams to build growth-focused experiences

• Define, measure, and optimize key growth metrics (referral traffic, activation rate, invite conversion, etc.)

• Design and run continuous A/B tests and experiments to improve sharing flows and referral effectiveness

• Analyze user behavior, dive deep into data, and leverage insights to inform decisions and strategy

• Stay deeply connected with user psychology and community dynamics to uncover hidden opportunities for organic growth

• 5+ years of experience in growth-focused product management, growth marketing, or similar roles at high-growth startups or tech companies

• Proven track record designing, testing, and scaling successful user-driven growth initiatives (virality, referrals, sharing loops)

• Deep understanding of UX principles, product-led growth methodologies, and user psychology

• Sharp messaging and creative instincts, able to craft compelling experiences that users naturally want to share

• Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mindset, and ability to execute rapidly and iterate quickly based on feedback

• Strong communicator, able to clearly convey ideas, results, and insights across teams and leadership

• Curiosity about AI-driven products and a willingness to constantly learn and adapt

The approximate base compensation is $130,000 - $160,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
