Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Growth Lead / Lead Paid Media Strategist to own paid media strategy, growth planning, campaign performance, and client relationships.

This is not a task-focused PPC role. The ideal candidate can diagnose performance issues, identify growth opportunities, explain root causes, and confidently recommend strategic actions.

The role requires a business-minded leader who is accountable for outcomes across paid media, lead quality, pipeline growth, CRO, and revenue performance. You will serve as the strategic lead, supported by PPC execution and AI/automation specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Growth

  • Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
  • Translate business goals into budgets, channel plans, testing roadmaps, and growth strategies.
  • Lead demand generation, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Recommend what to launch, pause, scale, or improve.

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Manage performance against KPIs such as pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue.
  • Ensure campaigns drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify gaps impacting lead quality, sales conversion, and revenue growth.

Strategic Growth Analysis

  • Conduct account audits and identify growth constraints.
  • Diagnose issues across targeting, messaging, creative, landing pages, sales process, attribution, and positioning.
  • Prioritize recommendations based on business impact.

Forecasting & Budget Planning

  • Build forecasts and budget scenarios tied to pipeline, revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Estimate the impact of spend, channel mix, and conversion rate changes.

Campaign Oversight & CRO

  • Oversee campaign structure, targeting, messaging, creative, and testing.
  • Optimize landing pages, offers, forms, and conversion funnels.
  • Guide PPC teams and ensure execution aligns with strategy.

Analytics & Attribution

  • Use GA4, CRM data, HubSpot, attribution models, and reporting tools to evaluate performance.
  • Connect campaign results to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to clients.

Client & Team Leadership

  • Lead strategy discussions with executives, founders, and marketing leaders.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships and challenge assumptions when needed.
  • Mentor PPC and automation specialists, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Travel within the U.S. as needed.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads preferred.
  • Expertise in B2B lead generation, CRO, funnel optimization, and attribution.
  • Proficiency with GA4, CRM platforms, HubSpot, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to connect marketing performance to pipeline, ROAS, CAC, and revenue.
  • Experience with forecasting, budget planning, and growth modeling.
  • Strong client-facing communication and strategic consulting skills.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
  • Comfortable leading offshore teams and collaborating across functions.
  • U.S.-based preferred, or able to work U.S. business hours and travel as needed.
