Growth Lead
WinIt | New York, NY (Hybrid) / Remote
Compensation: $70,000 – $140,000 + Stock Options + Performance Bonus
The Mission
WinIt is the legaltech shield for the everyday driver. We’ve helped hundreds of thousands of
people manage millions of dollars in fines. We are now in a phase of aggressive expansion and
need a Growth Lead to own the systems that scale our user base.
This is a high-leverage role. You will be the primary engine behind our marketing automation,
data analysis, and growth experiments. You are not just “running campaigns” — you are
building the machine that makes WinIt the default solution for every driver in America. You
report directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Own
• The Modern Growth Stack: Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows and email
marketing sequences from scratch — onboarding, re-engagement, conversion,
retention. You should be obsessed with open rates, CTRs, and conversion ripples. You
are engineering sequences that move users through a funnel, not scheduling
newsletters.
• AI Implementation: Integrate AI tools (LLMs, automated agents) into our growth
workflows to 10x output and personalize outreach at scale.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Master the dashboard. Analyze funnel performance, track
CAC/LTV, run cohort analysis, and use data to kill what isn’t working and double down
on what is.
• Rapid Execution: Take a growth hypothesis from the CEO and turn it into a live, data-
backed experiment within 48 hours.
• Channel Expansion: Test and scale new acquisition channels beyond email — paid,
organic, partnerships. Whatever works, backed by data.
• Operations Support: Help maintain financial tracking and KPI dashboards. When the
CEO needs a model built or a number verified, you deliver it fast.
Who You Are
We are not looking for potential. We need proof.
• A Technical Marketer: You live at the intersection of marketing and engineering. You
know how to use Zapier/Make, CRM tools, and AI to automate the boring stuff so you
can focus on the big wins.
• High Agency: You don’t ask “how do I do this?” You research it, test it, and present the
results. You view chaos as an optimization problem.
• Analytical & Ruthless: You don’t guess; you look at the numbers. You are lethal with a
spreadsheet and can pull actionable insights out of raw data.
• Speed-Obsessed: You understand that in a high-growth environment, the fastest
learner wins. You move fast without losing attention to detail.
• Startup experience or an equivalent environment where priorities shift daily and you
thrived, not just survived.
What You Will NOT Be Doing
• Brand marketing, social media content calendars, or PR.
• Sitting in meetings and making slide decks about strategy without executing it.
• Waiting for someone to hand you a campaign brief.
Compensation & Upside
• $70,000 – $140,000 base salary depending on experience.
• Stock options. We want you invested in the outcome.
• Performance bonus. You hit growth targets, you get paid for it.
• Direct access to the CEO and full ownership of the growth function.
How to Apply (Read Carefully)
We value extreme attention to detail. To be considered, submit your resume and a brief cover
letter that includes:
1. The Proof: A one-paragraph breakdown of a growth system or automated flow you built that
significantly impacted a business metric.
2. The Tech: Your top 3 “must-have” tools for growth (AI, data, or marketing) and why they are
in your stack.
3. The Detail: Your favorite data visualization tool and one sentence on why you prefer it.
If any of these are missing, we will not move forward. This is a role for someone who reads
carefully and follows through.
