Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Analyst supports the marketing team's day-to-day operations, measurement, and reporting needs, helping turn marketing data into timely, trusted insights. This role owns operational support (PO, invoice, and vendor management), assists with marketing mix modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing, and delivers recurring competitor, business, and leading-indicator reporting. It's a strong fit for someone early in their analytics career who wants hands-on experience working closely with data, reporting tools, and marketing measurement.

Essential Functions

Marketing Measurement

  • Marketing Mix Model (MMM)
    • Support coordination and collection of marketing inputs for MMM updates.
    • Help prep and QA the datasets that feed the MMM (spend, impressions, promo calendars, pricing) before they go to the modeling team.
  • Incrementality Testing
    • Support design and setup of incrementality tests (e.g., holdout groups, geo tests) alongside Paid Growth.
  • Rapid Operational Tests
    • Partner with Paid Media and Digital Optimization teams to evaluate campaign performance and A/B test results.
    • Pull and summarize results from A/B and incrementality tests into clear takeaways for stakeholders.

Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly Reporting

  • Support weekly and monthly business reporting and conduct weekly/monthly competitor analysis.
  • Support biweekly leading indicator reporting inputs.
  • Build and maintain Sigma dashboards, including the underlying tables, on top of Snowflake data.
  • Help translate reporting data into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders.

Customer Journey Analytics

  • Update and maintain existing customer journey/funnel dashboards and reports on a recurring cadence.
  • Pull and organize journey-stage data (e.g., touchpoint counts, channel assists) from existing tools for stakeholder requests.
  • Support cohort reporting by refreshing data and checking outputs against prior periods for consistency.
  • Flag notable shifts or anomalies in funnel/drop-off metrics for the team to dig into.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from Growth or Digital Optimization for journey/funnel cuts of existing data.
  • Help document how journey/funnel metrics are defined and calculated for consistent reporting over time.

Operations

  • Manage the data team PO, invoice tracking, and vendor set-up process.
  • Maintain organized documentation of budgets, invoices, and vendor records to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Competency

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or a related data-focused role
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., statistics, economics, data science, engineering) or another degree that demonstrates a strong interest in working closely with data day-to-day
  • Strong Excel skills and solid statistical knowledge, with the ability to wrangle, clean, and validate data
  • Experience building reports and tables in Sigma (or a comparable BI tool), or a strong aptitude to build this skill quickly
  • Exposure to (or strong interest in) marketing mix modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing
  • Ability to manage recurring operational tasks (POs, invoices, vendor set-up) with accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear documentation

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with customer journey analytics, including cohort and multi-touch journey views
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement concepts like funnels, cohorts, and attribution basics
  • Experience working directly with marketing and CRM data structures
  • Proficiency in Python for data validation and automation tasks
