ABOUT PROJECT HEALTHY MINDS

Project Healthy Minds is a mental health tech non-profit startup. We are pioneering a first-of-its-kind model: applying technology to address one of the biggest social issues of our time: the growing mental health crisis. We believe in a simple, but profound idea: that it should be as easy to find mental health services as it is to book a flight or a restaurant reservation. That's why we're building the world’s first digital marketplace for finding mental health services that are right for you.

To do that, we work with some of the most inspiring and influential leaders in America - business titans, tech entrepreneurs, clinicians and scientists, musicians, artists, athletes, media stars, policymakers, and more. Because we believe that the world's most complex challenges require interdisciplinary teams and solutions.

We are backed by a powerhouse of industry-leading Board of Directors and Advisory Council Members who are passionate, hands-on, and dive into the important work with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns that drive adoption of Project Healthy Minds’ digital mental health marketplace. This role turns awareness into action by translating product updates, research, partnerships, and cultural moments into coordinated campaigns that increase traffic and marketplace usage. You will manage our cross-platform content calendar, create platform-native storytelling, and grow engagement across social platforms. In parallel, you’ll build the analytics foundation that enables smarter decisions by creating dashboards, analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and carrying them into action. This is a hands-on role for a scrappy, strategic operator who can move fluidly from planning to execution. You’ll partner closely with our creative and design team to bring campaigns to life while owning cross-channel marketing orchestration. This role reports to the Senior Advisor & Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with leadership, creative, product, and partnerships teams. This role will work in close partnership with team members contributing to social and campaign efforts, helping connect their work to coordinated growth strategies and measurable outcomes.

DETAILS:
• Approx. 50–60 hours per month
• Hybrid (1 day/week in person in NYC office preferred)
• Reports to the Senior Advisor & CMO

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
• Lead strategy and execution of cross-platform campaigns driving impressions and marketplace adoption
• Develop channel plans and content calendars aligned to reach and traffic goals
• Create and publish platform-native social content in collaboration with PHM’s creative team
• Translate product updates, research, and partnerships into coordinated marketing moments
• Grow and engage PHM’s social community
• Build and maintain a practical cross-channel performance dashboard
• Conduct regular performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve reach and conversion
• Partner with the Creator & Talent Partnerships Lead to amplify traffic-driving collaborations
• Support email marketing initiatives as needed

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Demonstrated track record developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong content strategy and calendaring experience; hands-on social media management required
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create compelling, platform-native content
• Strong digital marketing analytics fluency; comfortable building dashboards and translating data into decisions
• Experience collaborating closely with creative and design teams
• Experience with email marketing strategy and execution preferred
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support marketing strategy, content creation, and performance analysis preferred
• Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Passion for mission-driven work

The hourly rate for this role is between $80 and $100, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant considerations.
